Our School Strategy
Our Strategy page sets out our long‑term direction, outlining a clear three‑year plan that defines our vision, priorities and the outcomes we aim to achieve as a school. It provides the bigger picture of where we are going and how we will continue to grow and improve.
Alongside this, our School Development Plan (SDP) focuses on the immediate steps needed to turn that strategy into action. It identifies the key priorities for the current academic year, ensuring that our efforts remain focused, measurable and aligned with our longer‑term goals. Together, these plans ensure a coherent approach—linking our vision for the future with the practical actions we take every day.
